Do hope people do mind if i post this here.

I got the opportunity to go see the garage and meet some really great people. I went there to interview for a position and loved it. The opportunity is open to me, now i have to do some real thinking on this. Being here in NM and my roots here and my wife's family all being here, it is a lot to consider. A trial time has been discussed with the shop for like 6 months.

Anyway i got to take some pics while there and got to see some stuff that a lot have not seen in years. Here are the pics i can share online.

That it is. There is one in each shop. They are HUGE!

Sounds like you have two options, 1 is to stay put and enjoy the familiarity of status quo, or jump on a rare opportunity and see what develops, if you do take it just watch out for that greasy spoon diner they go to for lunch every day it'll catch up with you, looks like it already has to Clint

No lie on the food. It was good though.

Awesome!!! You couldn't have picked a better place to be. I never met the man, but I have a lot admiration and respect for what he stands for in this community. That place looks like Buick heaven on earth.

Good luck on whatever you decide. If you come I'll look forward to meeting you..LOL...just be careful if you turn your hobby into a full time sometimes takes the fun out of it.

That is quite an opportunity!

I have a question for you. Does RC still have his sound off competition GN? If so, is it still functional? I've always wondered what happened to that car. Back when I was young, I didn't even know what a turbo Buick was. I was big into car audio, but still had a thing for Buicks. I grew up around my Dad's '68 GS 400. So there I was reading through CA&E and ran into the article about RC's GN. The more I heard, the more I was intrigued by the car. It pretty much led me to learn more about TB's and eventually meet TB owners and end up owning a GN.
