RJC 3" downpipe to turbo bolt torque

What should the 4 bolts that connect the downpipe to the turbo be torqued to? (RJC 3" downpipe with internal wastegate)

Put some high temp antiseize on them, get them all snug, then an 1/8th of a turn. Then heat cycle them a couple days and check them again.

They're always tighter when you break them loose. lol.
