Looks nice, and is a nice alternative. Though, isn't 400 series stainless way better than 300? I used to get stainless from my fathers shop a long time ago, to make knife blades, and the 300 series was NEVER as good as the 400 stuff. (it's a night and day difference)
Is there another type of stainless rating system I'm missing?

I had a 4" Single on my car and if it is sound you want and a deep rumble there is nothing like it! I have heard dual 3" and it is nice. But I guess it also comes down to the muffler or mufflers used or the lack of to get what you want. The one I had made for my car was awesome and the guy built his own mufflers also. they looked like a small beer keg !

O.K., not sure why I had this idea.

Would the exhaust temps post-cat. be too hot for alluminum exhaust piping.I understand a road race car would be hard on it, but an occasional pass might be fine.

Just a thought. dissapates heat quickly, light weight, and wont rust. I'm not sure what cost would be but Stainless isn't cheap.

Any more update to this system? I'm mainly concerned with sound. Could you throw another muffler in the standard location to quiet it down even more?

4" side exit

i just finished my 4" exhaust last night. i made my own muffler and used mild steel. it is going to exit just before the back tire..i like the look and saves a little weight but it is going to be loud:) ...........Bob

Here is how I built a single muffler dual tail pipe system. It is a little louder than I wanted. The drone is pretty loud, too. I am going to go to a three muffler system. (IF I keep my car). The fabrication was a PAIN to get both tail pipes over one side. Works good, though, and different than anyone else's.;)

Jason, what is the flow path inside the muffler? Is it just like the ATR system? If so, it can be modified to be a dual pass 3" cross flow. (that is what Dennis Hogan runs on his StageII car--modified ATR muffler just like the one pictured on your system) If you can make that muffler a dual pass cross flow in 3", I want one (or ten). If you make that system a three muffler system, I think you would have LOTS of people interested. VERY quiet, and virtually NO drone. (and flow well enough to run 150+ in the 1/4) As a side note, with a three muffler system on a 900+hp car..........a Weldon fuel pump is LOUD!

Bullet Muffler

I put a 3 inch bullet muffler in place of the cat. It helped to quiet it some more.

Looks like a nice system and a great option for those that like dual exhaust.

the first two places we sent the system could not reproduce it even though both said they could no problem. We now have it at a 3rd place hoping they can do something for us.

we will post something as soon as we get a heads up from them.

thanks guys!

Hi Jason

Any sound clips of your new 3'. I'm really interested in buying one, but would like to hear what it sounds like.

Chris
