I have just installed a RJC boost controller,do I need to zip tie the vac line on the 90 degree elbow on the controller, the supplied vac lines are smaller than the stock lines they go on real hard except for the 90 degree elbow which is the same diameter of the vac line,am I supposed to use the supplied vac line for the actuator and compressor port or am I supposed to use different vac lines for them. Also about how many turns in equal 1# of boost.Thanks,ikle.

Absolutely.

I highly recommend using zip ties on both hose barbs with the RJC controller. Hose barb off the turbo, into the valve, out of the valve, to the wastegate actuator and you should be good to go. Make sure you leave the factory wastegate solenoid electrical connector, connected. Gotta let the ECM think it's still in control, to keep from tripping a trouble code under boost.

turning it

clock wise, OR counter clock wise , TO INCREASE BOOST?

I'm curious to know many turns is 1 PSI as well. And how high can it be adjusted? 30 PSI?

If i adjust my rjc bc as per rjc specs at 25 psi my 70 gtq will give me deceint spool on the street ,but if i lower (lossen) the rjc controller to give less boost it also kills my spool from a stop sign so what i am saying is quick spool and high boost go together and low boost equels slower spool in my case ....or can i play with the accuator.

the accuator arm has to be loosened enough to be pulled by hand over the swivel arm that attaches to the puck according to instructions. it has to have some tension in it so it cannot be too loose. i had to give mine a good pull to get it over enough to attach. i think my controller is two turns or one and a half and get good spool with te-60. guess it depends on the turbo. this gives 15-16 lbs of boost.
