have any of you not been able to achieve the max boost # you wanted to get with a stock wg/solenoid set up, and switched to rjc and had higher boost? is the rjc controller adjustable within a specific range? (5 psi up/down or similiar)...have any left things the way they were set, installed controller and what happened? higher/lower/same boost? i know i hear everyone say spool is faster...

I installed my RJC controller the same time as my vac gauge so can't comment on if the controller actually changed the measured boost. I suspect not but could be wrong. You can dial it in a lot more than +/- 5psi. Try like +/- 1psi. I love it.

i meant what is the max range it is adjustable either way....

It's adjustable up and down. I haven't discovered the max but have gone to 22 psi with plenty of thread on the controller. I think it will go high enough to cause problems if you want it to.

I'm at 27psi and still working up slowly. One pound at a time is no problem. Looking to be at 28psi soon. So far it works great.
