Doing a rebuild on my 85 hot after abusing it. I'm running a RJC crank girdle. Broke 14 mounting studs between block and girdle(took 5 days of drilling and 6 drill bits and extracting to remove). I think they broke as result of some wicked detonation which damaged #6 connecting rod bearing and crank. I called today to order new studs and they shipped for FREE. That's customer service!!!
