Roached Bearings on Low Mile Re bulid

Supposedly it only has 2500 miles on it. The outside of the motor looks like 125,000 miles. Never even cleaned. Resembled dirty with mix matched hardware and torqued by Magilla Gorilla.

This was done by a local Chicago guy.

yes, they look petty hammered. especially the rods I'd think I would have them resized if it was me. but maybe I'm overly cautious

With all the damage, detonation was the least of the problems. Surly not the main cause of failure.

I don't think he is the builder but it was done by who ever he had doing engine work. This was prolly 10 years ago.
