I have a $20 antenna we got at radio shack. Pulls in lots of stations.
Also have a roku but got tired of paying for netflix so we just rent from redbox.
Ans stream through hdmi on the interwebz.
Parents have the Roku and love it.
We just purchased google Chromecast. ($35)
Works good when it works. Keeps glitching. (For some reason it has an intermittent issue with "casting" from device to tv.)
I've always wanted one of these. Netflix is cool mostly to me because of the vast genres of documentaries alone.
But I feel like I'm just holding out for a smart TV.
I've got a Roku LT. It's great for what it is. It doesn't work on TV signal though. It works on my wireless network. Most of the free channels stink but the pay stuff like Netflix is great.
hello people; On another site I posted the same question and in a reply one talked about another product and he said it was way better. WD TV Live is the name and I won't know if it's any better but that's what he said.
