Roller Rocker Offsets

I have bought a set of used Roller Rocker Arms.
In looking at them they are assembled wrong.

All the rockers Adjusters have a slight offset.
Should the offsets go toward each other, or away from each other? Or is there some other trick to them?.

Are you talking about the offset not sitting on the valve correctly?

No name,
they are however a pretty red LOL
The adjusters are offset. the roller tipped send seems centered.

They sound like a set of Kenne Bell rockers.

My old K.B. rockers were blue, The offset adj screws go towards each other.
