Youll get more lift but side effect is shorter valvespring life
It changes the lift and duration approximately about .05%. A.496" lift will become a .512" lift. W/stock heads, it is time to mod the heads for the spring seats,etc. to avoid spring bind. .500" is considered the lift point at which it's time to avoid potential problems. Some get away with more, and some don't.
