running 11s with a t-49 turbo and.....?

Ive just bought a 1987 grandnationaland id like to run mid to high 11s. so far Ive got a t49 torbo,40lb injectors,taylorwires,hotwirekit,fuelreg,3 inch cat back single shot exh,k&n filter,bf gdrch 275/60/15s,2.5 inch extension 4 intercooler,and i have not gotten a chip yet. what will i need still to run into the 11s. thanks in advance for your help
