Today I drove my car home from work and everything was going awesome. I got some new t-bolt clamps and put them on my up pipe on the TB side and intercooler side. I went for a drive and the car was surging in drive. I also noticed o2 voltage was not fluctuating very much (i.e. 790-830) while idling in drive and while cruising. I checked cross counts and they barely moved. Took forever for them to go from 0 to 255. Every once in a while, maybe every 20 computer cycles the O2s would go well below 100 while cruising and then straight back to 790-830 range. Fuel pressure is at 45 line off. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Is there any particular reason to run 45 static fuel pressure? Seems high since you're not using a Thrasher (40# Thrashers aren't available either). Back down to about 42 and see what happens. Then think about replacing that O2 sensor. Look more at BLMs and INTs when cruising. O2 cycling is necessary, but that isn't the measuring stick for cruise numbers.
