Running rough at times....

My GN seems to run a little rough during stop and go driving, like something isnt liking the extra heat. It runs and drives perfectly on the highway. I'm getting some stumbling off idle, slow spool up, just feels pig rich around town, also start getting some knock. Think maybe I should check the driverside header for cracks? This is with a Thrasher 92 and perfect TPS, IAC settings, 45psi FP. Anybody have a similar problem with the thrashers?

Definately check the header
Also sounds like a vacuum leak. check all vacuum lines and if you have access to a vacuum gauge it would help your diagnosis
