A kid at work told me last night that he was hunting in a field and behind a barn among 68 and 69 Camaros was a green T-type. He went on to describe it saying it was in decent condition but had flat tires. He doesnt know much about our cars but said it had the bump in the hood and had SFI Turbo badges. Im going to go look at it here in a couple of days. This should make for a nice laugh!!!

Well I found out for sure that it is an 86 T-type- and it is sage green. I do not know if it is the actuall corect color or original paint. They dont think they want to sell it from our phone conversation but Im going to actually look at the car in a gew days. The funny thing is it is sitting next to a bunch of 68-69 Camaros supposedly. Wish me luck, would love to add a sage car to my list!

Take pictures.

And send the pics of the rotting carcasses to carsinbarns.com :(

They don't want to sell? Let me guess, they're going to fix it up someday, right?

I heard that back in 1989, there was some mid-70's Chrysler just sitting in the yard at a house near my grandparents. I didn't even care what it was, I just needed a car....any car. They gave me the old "We're going to get it running and fix it up" bit. 14 years later, the car was still in the same spot, rotted down to nothing, with weeds growing up through the floorboards.
They finally yanked it out this past summer.... Fools :D

Yah, I hope thats not the case with these cars but it probably is. Just some morons that will never restore them! Ill try and take pics.

Well I went up to see this car. This kid was so sure that the car was green! LOL. The car was dark blue. There were several other cars around like camaros, etc. It was an 86 Ttype however in decent shape. As I was walking out of the field the freakin owner shows up wondering why Im there. That was beyond embarissing as Im being yelled at to get the F*** off his property!
