Look like the cover picture Toms Garage was using for his video series. Could be wrong though. Scams like this are going for a holding fee or deposit. Even if it wasn't yours you would still try to get what it was worth.

Yeah... Maybe he did t want to post a picture of THE car so he posted one he found online?

Probably didn't want someone to be turned off by all of the TLC needed.
