ScanMaster 02 reading off

Use to seeing my SM 02 numbers around 750ish. Recently they have been jumping around sparatically at one point going to 000. Now it's jumping around 300-400. Also I can hear what seems to be a slight backfire while car idles. Advice needed.

What brand O2 sensor is in it? Have you checked the plugs? Start there.

I just changed the plugs prior to it happening. Desno 02 sensor.
