scanmaster 2.1 connections

Just got my scanmaster 2.1 and am ready for install. The instructions are for a 86 and 87 GN...Mine is a 85...I know positive and ground are the same but does the white wire go to the E pin on the ALDL plug as the instructions indicate or somewhere else on the hot airs. Might sound like a dumb question but the instructions do say 86/87 and just want to make sure.

I'm sure Mark already answered your question, but I'll answer as well....

Hooks up the same as the 86-87. The ALDL connector is wired the same. ---Keith
