I am getting code 13 and code 51. I know that code 13 is the oxegen sensor code for failing, corroded, or ecm failure. Code 51 is the PROM error or ecm failure. Well, I have an extender chip hooked up according to the install guide provided by Mike at Full Throttle, as well as the trans plus. So, Im gonna guess that my ecm is failing? Any feedback on these two codes together and why I'm getting both at the same time? Thanks for any help here guys!!

put your stock chip back in and see if the codes reset

Cant do that with 50msd's, car would run super rich.

Check your cc on the scantool, see if the 02 sensor is lazy or active

Check to see if the prongs on the chip are bent or corroded, do you have another chip to varify the one you have now is bad.

From my experience, if the chip is not seated correctly, the SES light will flash superfast and the car will run like chit in limp mode.

If the chip turns out OK, then varify if the 02 sensor is good or bad by telling us how old it is and if your running leaded fuel.

How old is the sensor?

the O2 sensor is probably about 2-3 years old at least. Up to 4 years. I have run Cam2 straight a couple of times in the past couple of years. I need to check the PROM still for corrosion and/or proper seating in the ECM. The readings from the O2 sensor seem to be reading properly jumping around from like 350-450ish at idle. I'm about 90% sure on the accuracy on those readings. I'll firm that up tomorrow when I get a day off from work. Thanks so far guys. I do have my MSD 50 chip to try and see if that changes the codes, so I'll give that a shot as well.

Put a new 02 sensor in it, 4 years old with race gas cant be good for it..

Was that cam2 fuel a leaded fuel?

Id just replace the 02 sensor if you have a spare, then unplug the computer to reseat the chip.
