I have a crazy bad surge at idle with my freshly build. The SD2 has been programmed for the correct injectors. MAP sensor hooked up correctly along with a AEM wideband.
It seems to idle ok until Wideband correction turns on and then bam. Surge!!!
I have checked for vacuum leaks and fuel pressure is 43 line off.
I can make adjustments and get it to calm down and then all of a sudden it seems to come back.
It is now also doing it with the throttle pedal advanced some.
I am just trying to gather some ideas. I am almost suspecting a faulty injector. Fuel pressure drops off quickly after key off and sometimes it cranks as if one cylinder is out of time. Full of fuel. But would a faulty injector cause a surge from WB correction?
All files provided were after the vacuum leak was fixed (cheap auto zone vacuum ends).
Thanks
