Searching for a rocker cover bolt - not the ordinary ones!

Can anyone offer a suggestion as to where I can find the outside rear rocker cover bolt on the drivers side? It is the same length as the others but the last 3/4 inch or so is a six sided, pressed on spacer with a threaded shaft extending from the top, to which an 8mm nut is affixed. This holds the vacuum controller in place. No big deal but it has been broken for a long time and it would be nice to find a replacement. Right no I am using another bolt with two nuts and a washer as a spacer to replace the six sided pressed on spacer.

If I haven't described this bolt well enough I will take a pic and post it.
