I spend alot of $$ at sears but they pissed me off today.
I went in there to get a replacement chain for my crapsman pole saw. They don't stock the replacement chain for the product thay sell and to top it off they tried to charge me $9.00 shipping on a $15.00 chain
I told them to pack sand and that I would hit up Home Depot around the corner from them.
How can you sell a product and then charge shipping on a common replacement part becuase you don't stock it?
