Secondary metering rod

Does anyone know what the tip diameter is for a "CS" secondary metering rod.

YES I have that rod. It should be a .400 and is a short tip. My Doug Roe book just got packed today aswell as most of my stuff. Hopefully someone can confirm.

The CS is a 0.0397 short tip.

For reference, my '83 TR had CP's which are 0.0567 medium tip on a R hanger.

The tip's range from about 0.1000 to 0.0300.


Roe recommends Long tips for drag racing/WOT. They get thinner (richer) quicker.

The richest hanger/rods I have found in the junkyard are F-DS. The DS's are 0.0337 Medium.

The thinnest long tips are 0.0397, either AX or BB.
