Sent Scanmaster out for repair and..........

No response or return calls. Can anyone help me out? This company was recommended by board members but so far I'm disappointed. Drew

Mike will make it right. Give him a chance. He probably needed to send it to Bob to have it repaired.

I don't know who's who, who's where, sent to somebody, sub-contract this or anything. All I know is I've left messages through two different avenues with no response....at all. Not even a reply to say it'll be a month......nothing. What I do know is I followed advice and sent this thing out....blind as far as I can tell. Help! Drew

Bob Bailey is the guru who invented the Scanmaster, Boost Command, Translator (+), Extender chips, etc, etc...

He owns Bailey Engineering and they work together to design stuff for us Buick nuts.

You have nothing to worry about with Mike. I have been buying TR parts from him since he first started his own shop way back when. He will take care of you.

It's doing nothing other than a single blinking dot in the middle. I followed all of the suggesstions on checking connections but no luck. I also would like a 2.1 upgrade which can be done without to much difficulty with an e-mail that was sent to me. I don't know if I have anything to worry about or not. A return call would be nice...................... Drew
