I need to part numbers (s) for the different lengths on the belts. Got a tensioner noise problem and think the longer original replacement belt is the cause.
 
635 = 63.50" (63 1/2")
640 = 64.00"
if you wanted inbetween your 635 and 640 then you get
637 = 63.75 (63 3/4")
and if you wanted shorter
632 63.25 (63 1/4)
the 6 before the lenght "4060635" is for the number of ribs , in our case 6
and i beleive the 4 " 4060635" is for the height of the belt 4mm
this simple coding can be used to get any belt you want

Get the Goodyear Gatorback 4060635. It's a little shorter and should eliminate the squeaking.

Yep.

The "confuser" at the chain stores will sell you a belt that's too long. I believe I landed on 635 as being correct for my car.
