Does anyone recognize this Servo? Bought off Ebay, seller said he bought it from one of the TB merchants but couldn't remember who. Can't believe I finally figured out how to upload a picture.

Thanks Brian, I believe you're right. I looked at BTO's and it looks identical shape/color just doesn't have their name machined on the cover.

There's doesn't come with the logo on it, however I think theirs is smaller than the Superior Servo. I've had both but it's been a while. The BTO one is relatively cheap though, a good replacement for a GN when you can't find the GN piece.

Hi Jake, I was going by this Pic on BTO's site. This one may just be there Demo/Display servo with the Logo. Their description says 30% more holding power over the stock servo? Doesn't say which stock servo.

Ya,
I have used them a couple of times in some of my lower HP builds where a GN servo would have been adequate but I didn't have any on hand.
They are a good deal, but they aren't as big as the other billet ones on the market.

I uses Chris's servo usually, if I need one NOW I get it from my supplier locally and it's the Sonnax piece. Not quite as big, but big enough for about anything a 200 will handle anyway.

I'll see if I can find my notes on the servos, I wrote down the BTO size. IIRC it was around 2.75". It was a step up from the GN but not as big as the Superior. The Sonnax is bigger than the Superior, and Chris' is bigger than the Sonnax.

Oh,
And yeah the site has the logo on it, but they come without it. Which is good if you are building transmissions, don't want a competitor logo on the stuff :)

I have been building for 20 years and don't have means for producing my own servos and billet parts and am proud to tell who's parts I use. I have used CK's parts and PTS parts. :D I also have used your parts and am not ashamed to tell where I got my parts. I will continue to use all 3 of you guys for parts as you all offer great parts and services.

Yeah,
I really don't mind using logo'd parts on the transmissions. I use Hughes pans on my 200-4R builds so whatever works...

I use parts from Chris all the time.

I'm working on some specialty parts for the TH350's and TH400's Better sprags, aluminum drums, etc. Nothing totally new but some different ideas and hopefully lower pricing... :)

I agree with you. I recently bought the TH350 direct drum from you and it is a work of art. My customer is SO comfortable with it in the car vs something that cost more out of Jegs and a "rival vendor" on here. :D I will continue to buy your products as the other 2 I mentioned. You guys are all great at what you do and I appreciate your customer service. :)
