Wow, went to the track tonight, and previously my best time with this new TE6131E turbo was a 7.411@95.5 and a best 60' of 1.74.
The very first pass tonight, with no tuning and 24 degrees of timing and 24# boost cranked out a 7.2603@95.32 and a 60' of 1.687...my best 60' and time all in the very first pass.
2nd pass yeilded a 7.28@94.4 but a best 60' of 1.668
3rd pass a 7.2674@95.81 and 60' of 1.71
I added a degree of timing and made 26# of boost on the last run, but still couldn't top that first run. Was not much tuning to do, O2s were right in the 780s and got a few degrees KR on the shift.
Guess I'm getting to know this car finally after 13 years and just about know exactly where to tune it before taking any tests passes.
