should be same for caspers tool
measure 1.45" counterclockwise from the 0 mark on balancer and make a new mark , that mark will be 25* after zero
rotate crank clockwise until its on the TDC compression stroke at #1 cylinder , continue rotating until that new mark you made is at 0 on the timing tab , now you're at 25* ATDC
with tool installed on cam cap wire and cam sensor base loose, rotate sensor body clockwise until light goes on then out , now rotate counter clockwise until light just comes on , tighten down the cam sensor bolt at base . plug sensor back into harness and you're done
