Shift Kit for TH200C??

Im looking for a tranny kit for a 200C METRIC trans..

I think transgo makes one, but im curious as to what it updates or fixes besided firmer shifts..

Anyone bought one and installed one before?
How hard it is to install anyways..

Trying to get rid of downshift clunks..
i noticed some shift kits fix that problem..
