CQ vb I want to try to up my shift points @ WOT. When I do I'm guessing the PT will go up as well.
Can I put a bit heavier spring in the MTV up valve to keep the PT shifts lower?
What about the MTV down, would I do anything there?

What will you be doing to raise the shift point?

Do not mess with the tv up spring. Remeber the tv up regulates from 0 to 90 psi . at 1/4 throttle it is only open to expose approximately 25 psi . This will result in no shift delay oil downstairs resulting in stack shifting.

What RPM is it shifting and why do you want to raise it??

If I recall now it's shifting @ 53-5400 I'd like 6000. I'd like to get it close to the HP peak of my engine which is 6000.
I know it's been hashed over before, I have a KC vb I might try too.

Sounds like maybe a converter and vb change is in order. 600-700rpm isn't going to happen easily

My experience is that the KC valve body will get a nice 6K 2-3 but then the 1-2 will be ~6400.

That was my experience with a OG vb, that was one of the reasons I bought a CQ hoping not to have that issue. If it was 6 on the 1-2 & 64 on the 2-3 that would be fine, but I know it's not.
