Should my stock boost gauge still function as normal after installing 3-bar MAP?

I noticed now that I installed the 3-bar MAP for the akly kit, my stock boost gauge is about 5 lbs off/lower??? Should this be the case, not that I use it as I have a manual boost gauge in the a-pillar, but was just curious. It was right on before. This is the LED one in the GN analog dash.

With a 2 bar, the output of the MAP is 2.5 volts key on engine off.
with a 3 bar it's ~1.66 volts.

15 PSI was 5 volts, now ~30 PSI is 5 volts.

So yes, all the readings are skewed.

Your 15 PSI guage just turned into a 30 PSI guage. It will start reading at about 7 PSI then go to 30 PSI.

Mark Haufman carried at one time the overlays that had the skewed numbers.
