singing praises for SMC

i got in on the last gp for the SMC kit. got it installed and maybe used it 5 times and something happened. thought it was the controller so had steve ship me a new controller, that didnt fix it. so i called him and he said just ship it all back to us. well i got it yesterday completely checked out and fixed FOR FREE !! i think the pump had went bad in it. great customer service from SMC. thanks again guys

I love to read stuff like this...I am wanting a SMC kit but just don't have the extra cash right now....but will have one by the end of January.

I had a problem with mine also. Took it out, shipped it to Steve, had it back in a couple days along with all the updated pieces and didn't cost me a dime. I had one of the first kits shipped to florida, and when I got it back from the repairs, I think the only thing that was original was the bottle.
