slow to spool

i just put in my new motor runs good but this thing spools kinda slow., will the atr rolller cam have less exhuast down low?
my te-44 with a stock motor spooled fast, tried playing with wastegate helped a little, is a looser converter in my future?because of the cam? it also has a header leak,i will fix tomorrow,how bad does a turbo spool with a leaky header?

that is a very small turbo for your combo? my feeling is, you are running way rich while spooling.......who's chip? even a D5 should spool up good with a '44 (if fuel is correct)

i have to send the chip back and hve it reprogrammed for the new injectors
