before I bang my head on the concrete could there be any issues other than headgaskets or rings with excessive smoke coming from the breathers
maybe a stuck pcv or something?
for me to look forward too which I doubt I would hate to have to drive my vette in the winter.

what a pain and I was just hoping on getting a 63 turbo and putting it on and being happyyyyyyyy....oh well back to the drawing board as usual

Head gaskets will puff puff puff out the breather. Steady smoke is not a HG.

PS.. if its just a HG.. its not a big deal..

How much smoke we talking and how high is the boost?

I get some smoke out of the breathers, seen the dyno vids, and its just pressure past the rings and/or bad pcv.

I run a ATR checkvalve inplace of the pcv, works great, but get some air out......
Then again, i dont sit in the driveway taking the boost to 15psi all day long to see how much air i can get out of the breathers.....

Do you have a huge amount of oil coming out the breathers?

gonna check the pcv tomorrow but Im thinkin for worse weird thing is I only run 10-12lbs cause Im having problems with my 2 stage alchy and waitn to drop off to be fixed along with some other things.

when Im idling I could say a decent amount of smoke is puffing out both breathers steadily and very noticable with hood down at light..

haha I know after building countless motors in the garage and well I guess you can say tired of fixing and just wanna drive.........Im having scared to get grease in nails syndrome.but yes your right only a head gasket, Im gonna drive my vette for now till I figure this whole thing out in the meanwhile I cant wait for that 63 with the q trim I just committed to from NCTTA......

razor Im gonna contact you in the near future when I get this whole thing worked out wanna redo my alchy system......the present one looks like its getting tired...and Im tired of havin to tinker with the 2stage thats hookd up on it......

No problem.. just dont let it sit too long. We kinda get forgetful

What I always do is start buying all the parts that are going to be needed..
