Spur of the moment photo shoot after I cleaned it up for winter storage. Not bad for about 20 minutes and a point and shoot digicam. Car is jackstanded now but next year i'm going back to the same spot with:

1: A broom!
2: My truck, a stepladder, and my wife to help
3: Better camera, will try to borrow a tripod
4: Hopefully my 8" GN wheels and 275/50 drag radials
5: Solid blue or overcast sky and green foliage
6: More time to play with angles, horizon lines, tire angle, windows and marker lights

Might have myself a frameworthy photo when I'm done. Also plan to enter Popular Hot Rodding's annual photo contest.

Just thought I'd share. Any additional tips welcome.

I'm wondering if the camera I borrowed was on the wrong setting. the pics looked really bright on the LCD preview screen but on my computer they look too dark ( and my monitor brightness is 100%). Also resizing them makes them fuzzier than they should be.

Looking good Bob, I was just in that elevator last Friday talking to Buckwheat.

I really like that old railroad bridge in the background in the trees.

Nice blue bus you have on the showroom floor as well:cool:

I thing ya got something there.

The bridge shot, and the elevator shot are great. It'll give you something to think about over the winter.;)

Thanks for sharing.
