No, as a matter of fact, I recieved the headers back today. He refused shipment and it has my return address scotch taped to the box along with some rips and tears and the box was crushed. He has 180 days to refund me the money. The paypal rep I spoke with said that they are in the process of collecting the refund. She did say, that if not paid in 180 days, that it could go to collections and ruin his credit. So even if I don't get my money back, it would be worth it to have his credit screwed up. If you see this snipersixx, I hope it was worth being an @$$ and also worth ruining your credit.

Already have Jay, maybe do an IP check on his name. Looks like he hasnt posted since the incident. He's either gone into hiding or created a new name.
