Well they had contacted me regarding my new controllers and said they have the sole right to make progressive controllers for alcohol injections. WTF Check. Look like Julio, Myself and SMC must have stole the ideal of PWM to controll a DC motor Device.

No I can see how you can patenT your own controller but if the other companies controller don't so much as share a single part how can they be in violation of there patent.

Second how can you patten the use of a varible controller for water injection if it already in use by other companies? Hell MSD has a varible controller for water injection.

Look out Razor, MSD and SMC looks like your going to get sued because you use a varible controller to controll the injection of methanol into a engine.

I'm not to worried about it.

That link is for injecting water into the exhuast.

I wish I had a quarter for everytime someone threatened me or someone I worked for an alleged patent violation.

If in doubt ask for the patent you allegedly violated, and read it.

If the product was based on the design of the snow piece.. then they have evry rite to sue anyone who has copied it.

In other words, someone disects a Snow controller and uses that circuitry to under a different label.. then its an issue.

My was created when there was nothing out.. and it is also patent pending.

HTH

I personally dont have any issue with you doing what your doing. I welcome more input into the field and hope that your product can contribute a useful purpose. Altho you did post you had purchased and tested one of his pieces along with Steve's.. and werent happy. I'm completely on my own on this. All 100% created in house.

Like I said my unit has not so much a single part in common with any controller on the market this thing was designed d from the board up. Most of the stuff in mine has only been out since this year.

SMC's controller is way superior to the snow unit as far as the technical side goes but it could be better. You got to bench test if you want to build a better product.

So I don't see them having a leg to stand on. I guess having a open market is not what they want.

I'm more into the Grand prix, SRT, and STI side of the house anyways.
