I spray lube on the adapter that sits on the intake ans connects the turbo. If you don't get it off tonight spray it.

Those hard water lines are rusty think iam gonna take them off and paint them.
 
Hey brother can you upload a picture? I would like to help but want to make sure we are part specific. I have done this sort of thing for decades so it is my pleasure if I can help out.
 
I just removed one of the throttlebody coolant lines from the actual metal cooland pipe. And looped the remaining coolant line to metal coolant line so it just by passes the throttle body.

I forgot to mention spray some lube on the inlet bell to intake manifold connection.
 
So what of it to snap some pictures and decided to do a little work got it out pretty easy thanks guys . Now I hate looking at those rusty water lines and that plate shield thing hate to not do anything to them any ideas ? Before I put it back together?

Cut the passenger intake mounting bracket in the rear so you can get your hand through it and install the drain tube. It's shown in the stickes for pictures.

Ok gonna go look at it. cant get my self to just put the injectors in and keep going not with the way that cooler lined look and that plate and gonna do the valve cover gasket too and do a good cleaning while iam at it gonna do the thermostat to . Gonna go look for that in the stickies about the passenger intake mounting bracket.
 
Round the corners so it doesn't crack
