SignUp Now!no doubt. God help you if you try to sell jewelry! It sucks
i sell a ton of stuff on cl and i buy a bunch on there too.there are a ton of tire kickers everywhere / on this site / swap meets / craigslist / ebay/ etc.....
it is just part of the game .
Jewlery has to be the worst thing ever to sell
REASONS:
1) dealing with women
2) you cant try it on if selling it on ebay
3) women love to buy & return
I sold an item on ebay after a few weeks the lady wanted to return it. I told her resell it on ebay.
what bothers me the most,is when a seller doesn't,include a phone number,i have come to realize to avoid those guys...why in the world would someone trying to sell something want to talk via e-mail?selling? It is true about tire kickers anywhere you sell, but being free, its worth it..
I don't know that I feel comfortable posting my number on a public craigslist ad, but once you reply to me by email I can provide it to finish a deal.
And to the OP's original question: you can also try the classifieds section from local newspapers although I find there is less stuff to be had there.
