Sorry but another BS ?

Ok, I am ordering my wheels tomorrow and I was wondering what BS I need to tell the company. The wheels are 18x 8.5 in the front and 18x 9.5 in the rear. I keep hearing 4" all the way around but I am also hearing 4.5 and 4.75. Can some on shed some light on the subject for me? Thanks for your time.

4" if they were going to be 8" wide, but with 9.5 you'll need the 4.75 and 4.5 for the front..........at least that's what I've been reading here for a long time. Sounds correct to me. Anybody else?

If you're ordering the wheels, I'm assuming they can build them with any backspacing.

I have a set of Simmons 18x8.5 fronts and 18x9.5 rears - both with 4.765" BS. The fit and finish is exact.
