I gotta agree with David on this one Billy. Keep the info as much off public forums as possible because it may hurt you in the end. I will also say to keep an eye on her facebook account because you might be able to nail her on something and make your case better. There have been several casses of custidy that have been reversed because of posting info on different forums lately because the ex posted some of the dumb sh!t they did and included pics and or vids.

I have no idea how you are so calm about this situation unless you saw it coming already and just wanted to catch her in the act. I wish had your patience lol.

*thumbs up to you*

Im calm cause I know I wouldve hurt the guy and he was about to piss on hisself when he figured out what was going on. He is going to help me out here and she deleted her facebook account.

Let me say this Ill give her whatever she wants to get her out of my life, but my daughter we will be going to court over that.

This my friends is an ADULT!! I know the popular thing to say or do is "beat his head in" Adults do things different, just remain calm and in control. All beating somebody up will do is cause you more headache and trouble. Heck she could even use it as strategy, saying "see he's violent" Just move on, protect your little one and yourself and never let your guard down when it comes to your ex. Good for you sir for handling yourself the mature way. Good luck

Goat sorry to hear of your misfortune, but not beating up the dude was probably the best reaction. My 2 cents it's pointless to get into a fight with the person your spouse cheats on you with. No sense in letting jealousy come between you. What's that old saying...for every woman you find there's a guy that's tired of putting up with her ****? If she did it to you she'll probably do it again....to someone else. Keep ya head up and remember if it has tits or tires, it's gonna be trouble. :D

You have one hell of a positive attitude. Glad there's no issue with keeping your daughter.
I'll have a beer in your honor tonight :D

Goat,
Are you pullin' an early April Fools!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??! Isnt she prego with twins?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Are they yours!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! This is not funny at all. It may not have hit you yet, but if she is expecting and twins to boot, you had to be somewhat excited. This is terrible. I am so sorry, if its all really happening, but if your playin', I am gonna kick your azz.

Kinda what I was thinking. She's up to something Billy. I'd bet she got a lawyer and has been told to get rid of the facebook account. All I can say is watch your butt here.

Well I am truely sorry for that. Maybe such a loss played a roll in her behavior change. I kinda feel the same way about the poor guy who knew nothing, but came real close to gettin really hurt. Cheatin' is screwed up no matter whether it the guy or girl.

With all that said, all's fair in love and war...post the really good pics of her Goat. If she took the sexy ones by your truck clothed...I know she took some better ones that didnt get posted...LOL.
Just tryin' to lighten the mood...

props for keeping your head up. I could only wish my 1st wife left the state.

Im sorry been working and trying to be as nice as I can to her when I have to see her cause of the court things when really I just want to ask what did I do wrong here for this to happen...

Oh well its done and getting to be over so nothing to really be worried over. Ive got other things to really about in my life and cant be crying over split milk.

I admire your "cool" in that situation. Good for you....I hope everything works out for your child and yourself.

i went through the same thing.
I walked away, remained civil and worried only about the big picture (my at the time 1 year old kid)

Yesterday is the past. It doesn't matter anymore the future is not about hers or your hurt feelings its about being parents to a child.

A few days later i saw her with another dude (she freaked out) but i simply said "hi i am picking up my kid and when do you want me to bring the kid back? thanks by" and left.

I treated her as a business partner attending the business of our kid.
Today we are sortta friends with no animosity we have celebrated big events in my kids life together her family and mines and its been all good.

Good luck

And BTW don't go drinking or accept dinner invitations from her, my cuz just did this with his recently divorced EX. and as soon as he got a little buzzed she called the cops and said that he hit her.
His kids told the cops that it never happened and that she invited him over for dinner and that she offered him the drinks.
the cops DID NOT believe her (his ex)but they still fcked him with a "Arrested and released" with a summons to appear in court. Now he has that on an other wise CLEAN police record and don't forget about the order of protection and supervised visits with his kids.

Goat, If you don't mind me asking, how long have you been married to her? How old is your child?
