South Side Lower Control Arms

I have SSM's on my car which I don't launch hard.I've heard the comments about elongated control arm perches etc.Since I don't launch my car hard at all (maybe 3 psi boost) and its not driven frequently,I'm not sure whether damage has occurred.Also can the SSM's be prepared to accomodate softer bushings.What alternatives are there?

If 3psi of boost is all u leave at then you should not have to worry about breaking . as for the bushings i don't know, i'm looking for new ones now also.
