speedo reading nuts no tc lock bs3

I am new to the world of Big Stuff 3. I just figured out how to get my computer to communicate with the bs3 computer. I am having a problem with the torque converter locking and unlocking every few seconds. It seems to be quite random. I noticed the speed at the bottom of the screen going crazy as soon as I start to move, readings anywhere from 10-190mph and changing every split second. I looked under the transmission menu and there is only selections for 4l60e and 4l80e. Nothing for 200r4. Could I have a bad vss? Could I have the wrong program for my transmission? Any ideas would be appreciated, the car is too annoying to drive like this.

No, this is the reading from my laptop connected to the bs3. My speedo needle seems to bounce quite a bit also.
