I took off my speedo face the other day to look at some burned out bulbs, but now it seems like it reads slower than I'm actually going. Do you have to position and hold the speedo needle while you slip the face over the little gearing that comes out? I just put it on with the needle all the way to the left. Just don't want to get caught going 80-90 when I think I'm going 65 on the NYS Thruway next week! TIA
