Comes with everything you see in the picture. They do have the bolts/nuts for the control arms and for the rear sway bar. I'm not sure on the shipping but if you want just send me 40 for shipping and when I ship them I'll send you a picture of the receipt and I'll refund you the difference or I'll ask for more if the shipping costs more. How's that?
