I am contemplating some options on the best type of TH400 that will support a heavy car (3400-3500#) with approx. 1200-1300 FW HP.
The transmission suppliers I am currently considering is Rossler or FB Perf. Transmisions. FB also offers their patented VS (Varible Stall option on their TH400's. In addition there are options relating to sprag or sprag-less type trannies.
As far as converter to use with either of the above I have decided on Neil Chance bolt together with some stall adjustablity.
Thought someone can tell me pro's or con's relating to the above choices not considering $'s as I know this is high $ stuff.
