just completed tightening the 4 torx bolts in the tilt steering column (thanks to the many posts on this topic). on reassembly, this spring clip was found in the bottom on the upper bowl assembly. steering wheel parts picture from shop manual does not appear to list this item. closest part might be #24 listed as 'spring, lock bolt'. if anyone has a clue please respond.
