Spring Replacement

I am going to replace my springs on my 1987 GN very soon. When I look for springs, (like at Summit, or other vendors on the TB site), they offer two different typoes: Moog cargo coils, or stock replacments. Does anyone know the difference between the two? Any input on how either perform?
