Springs, Air Bags, Shocks, Rear sway bar

My car needs its tired suspension replaced:

looking for replacement springs, stiffer, drop springs, going for a touring setup rather than strip, dont care about it feeling tough ( moog, eibach, etc, let me know whats out there)

i know dse makes some nice ones, but im not sure double the price type nice -_-

need some better shocks to use w drop springs

air bags, mines blew out due to crappy suspension

looking for a hellwig rear sway bar or equivalent in that price range
