Sqeaky belt

well, this isnt for my car, its for my girlfriends truck, ('96 S10 4.3L) but i figured i would put it in here anyways......

her belt squeaks whenever she first fires it up and for a couple minutes after it first starts.. is there any easy way to fix this? its just kind of annoying, thats why i want to see if i can fix it.

IS the belt cracked on the ribs?? or shiny on the flat side?

Is the tensioner in the proper window/notch for proper tension?

Probably the original ..just throw on a new 1.
