Squealing under boost

Just recently, as in today, my car has begun a whining squeal if the boost rises about 5psi. Am I looking at a shot turbo or is there possibly another cause? Its a stock turbo with 93k on it

A vacuum line (heater or any other for that matter) could have a split in it, squealing when boost comes on. Worth a look....

could be a vac. line could be the turbo.
